Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to HeadShooter: Starfall and related services operated by Nasser GG.
1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using HeadShooter: Starfall, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you.
2. Eligibility
The game is not designed for children under 13. You must be legally permitted to use the service in your country and comply with applicable platform rules.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and activity on your account.
- Account details must be accurate and display names must not impersonate, threaten, or abuse others.
- Guest accounts may be lost if they are not linked to a supported sign-in method.
- You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share an account in a way that compromises security or fairness.
4. Fair play and acceptable conduct
You must not:
- Cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, manipulate matchmaking, or interfere with servers or networks.
- Reverse engineer, modify, distribute, or create unauthorized versions of the game except where law expressly allows it.
- Harass others, use hateful or unlawful names, or submit harmful or misleading content.
- Attempt to access another player's account or evade enforcement actions.
5. Progress, rewards, and advertising
XP, buffs, quests, masteries, rewards, and other virtual items are licensed game features with no cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise. We may adjust them to maintain balance, fix errors, prevent abuse, or improve the game. Optional rewarded ads provide the described reward only after the ad completion is successfully validated.
6. Updates and availability
Online games change over time. We may update features, maps, balance, technical requirements, and server locations. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific latency, or compatibility with every device or network.
7. Ownership
HeadShooter: Starfall, its software, artwork, branding, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to Nasser GG and protected by applicable laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the game for personal entertainment.
8. Enforcement and termination
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect players, prevent fraud or cheating, comply with law, or secure the service. You may stop using the game at any time and may request account deletion.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Our liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game changes. Material updates will receive notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
