Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your HeadShooter: Starfall account and the personal data connected to it.
Send a deletion request
Email us from the address linked to your account. Include your gamer tag if available so we can identify the correct profile. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
Request account deletionWhat will be deleted
- Your account identity, email association, profile, display name, and gamer tag.
- Saved progression, XP, quests, masteries, rewards, and account-linked match history.
- Support data that is no longer required for an active request.
What may be retained
Limited security, anti-fraud, transaction, or legal-compliance records may be retained only when necessary and permitted by law. Backup copies may remain temporarily until normal secure deletion cycles complete and are not used for gameplay.
Timing and effect
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent: your progression and rewards cannot be restored afterward. If you only want to stop playing temporarily, you do not need to delete your account.
If your guest profile has no linked email, include the gamer tag and any profile identifier visible in the game. We will provide safe verification steps.
