Delete your account
You can request permanent deletion of your HeadShooter account and the personal data connected to it.

What will be deleted
- Your account identity, email association, profile, display name, and gamer tag.
- Saved progression, XP, quests, masteries, rewards, and account-linked match history.
- Support data that is no longer required for an active request.
What may be retained
Limited security, anti-fraud, transaction, or legal-compliance records may be retained only when necessary and permitted by law. Backup copies may remain temporarily until normal secure deletion cycles complete and are not used for gameplay.
Timing and effect
Confirmed requests enter a 72-hour security hold before processing. You can cancel during that hold. Deletion is permanent after processing begins: your progression and rewards cannot be restored afterward.
A guest has no password or email to prove ownership. Start deletion from Settings inside the game on the device that owns the profile, then confirm by entering the complete gamer tag. Link an email first if you want stronger recovery protection.
