- Account details such as email address, display name, gamer tag, and authentication choices.
- Messages and details you send to player support.
- Consent choices and settings you select in the game.
Information created through play
- Game progress, XP, quests, masteries, rewards, match results, and gameplay statistics.
- Party, matchmaking, session, reconnect, and anti-abuse records.
Technical information
- Device type, operating system, app version, language, and general region.
- IP address, connection performance, latency, server region, crash data, diagnostics, and security logs.
- Advertising identifiers, ad interactions, and privacy consent signals where advertising is enabled.
3. How we use information
- Provide, secure, and maintain accounts, matchmaking, gameplay, progression, rewards, and support.
- Select suitable game-server locations and diagnose latency, disconnections, crashes, and performance problems.
- Prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, duplicate rewards, and unauthorized access.
- Measure and improve game quality, reliability, energy efficiency, and player experience.
- Show and measure advertising where permitted by your consent and applicable law.
- Meet legal, safety, tax, and regulatory obligations.
4. Service providers and sharing
We use specialist providers to operate the game. These may include:
- Google Cloud and Firebase services for hosting, databases, security, and diagnostics.
- Photon and Edgegap for online sessions, networking, and game-server hosting.
- Google AdMob for advertising and consent management.
- Brevo for account and security emails.
- Platform identity providers when you choose a supported sign-in option.
Providers process information only to perform services for us under their terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect players or the service, or as part of a legitimate business reorganization. We do not sell personal information for money.
5. Advertising and consent
HeadShooter may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Depending on your location and choices, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. Consent options are presented where required. Rewarded ads are optional and grant the displayed in-game benefit only after successful completion and validation.
6. Legal bases
Where applicable, we process information to perform our contract with you, based on your consent, to comply with law, and for legitimate interests such as security, fraud prevention, support, service reliability, and product improvement.
7. Retention
We keep account and progression information while your account is active. Operational, security, fraud-prevention, and financial records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose or required by law. Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days, although limited backup or legal records may remain longer and are isolated from normal use.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You can request account deletion through our account deletion page or contact support.
9. Children
HeadShooter: Starfall is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
10. International processing
The game is available globally, so information may be processed in countries other than your own. We use contractual and technical safeguards required by applicable law for international transfers.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access, encrypted transport, limited permissions, and monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the game evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
